Every Carvables project is custom to order unless purchasing a pre-made piece from our online store. The first step in the process is to contact us for a consultation either by phone or in person. You may fill in the "Project Details" form field with information pertaining to your project to give us a head start prior to consultation.

Once we understand what your needs are, we will provide you with a written estimate. Upon approval of the estimate, our designers will provide you with a full color digital proof of what your Carvable will look like with dimensions and descriptions on finishing techniques. Full payment is due with the approval of the digital proof to cover our materials and labor cost.

All sales are final at the time the order is placed, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the Carvable once you receive the finished product, alterations will be made at no additional charge unless the requested change is different from the approved proof.

Are there specific colors you would like us to use as primary and accents to your current decor (please send us swatches, fabrics or any other items in the room that will help us choose an appropriate color palette)?

What are the maximum width and height dimensions (inches) allotted in the space for the Carvable?

Does the Carvable need to be coated or non-coated (We use 1# and 2# density foam on most projects, if the Carvable will be in a high traffic area or outside we recommend having it coated)?
